Delivery fee in Victoria is a flat rate of $10.00, all other states in Australia, is $15.00 and free shipping for orders over $120.00. Orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel. You will receive a tracking number, via email, once your order is shipped. We don’t deliver to PO boxes.
Grainshaker apparel – If the size you have ordered is incorrect or doesn’t fit, please contact us to arrange an exchange within 14 days. Please email us at grainshaker@topshelfgroup.com.au.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty goods are eligible for a refund or replacement. We can’t refund for a change of mind. Please email us at help@grainshaker.com.au if your goods arrive damaged or faulty.
